I answer in 2 days but if I don't feel free to send an email again.After getting all the info, I’ll answer back with your final price and if you agree, you will get a spot on my commission list.
At this point I will let you know how many time I will need, mostly because if I have other commissions ongoing, I might need more than two weeks for your commission to be finished. If you have special time-related needs let me know first!At this stage we finalize the price.When I get the payment I will start sketching, then i will send you in order:- a rough sketch

- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. but I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- All work is for private and personal use only.
My work is digital and digital only. No physical goods will be shipped.
- I reserve the right, after asking for your permission, to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You as the commissioner:
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels and make prints of it, for personal use only, with proper credits.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, as an NFT, make prints, etc.)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.Customer satisfaction:

If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission.
If you do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.Refund/Cancellation policy:
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.- If for any reason i am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund
- If the buyer ask me to cancel the order before I started it, you can get a full refund (I will send you an email asking if is okay for me to start working as a confirmation, after that i can’t refund you) After i started, no refund is allowed.Payment:
- I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
- It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed before starting the commission.
- Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated.Scheduling and work speed:
- I usually take up to 3-5 days to respond to your initial order inquiry
- You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
- A complete commission usually takes me up to one month and I will let you know the estimate timeline
